Frequently asked questions
Where do requests come from?
From your showcase website, your embedded widget and the public Tour Ninja catalog, but also by email, by WhatsApp or from an OTA through its booking email. Your team creates the file in a few clicks, or your AI assistant prepares it from the message.
Can I assign a request to a seller?
Yes. Each request and each file has a seller in charge, who is notified. You can reassign it at any time.
Can the same request be sent twice?
No. Duplicate submissions are detected and create only one file.
Can several people work on the same file?
Yes. Tour Ninja detects conflicting edits, so one change does not silently erase another.
Can I add partner offers to a trip?
Yes, as services in your file. The B2B marketplace is coming soon: you will buy partner offers at their professional price, and the order will be attached to the file.
Does it handle seasonal prices?
Not yet. Each offer has one public price, one professional price and one cost, per person, night, vehicle or group.
Does the traveler need an account?
No password is needed. The traveler proves their email address with a link.
How does the secure link work?
The traveler enters their email address and receives a link. It works once and must be opened within 15 minutes. The traveler can ask for a new link at any time, as often as needed.
Can the traveler share the trip?
Yes. They can create a public link to show the program to family and friends. Prices and personal details are never shown, and the link can be turned off at any time.
